To obtain release of an impounded vehicle, the owner or authorized agent must provide:

Valid government-issued photo identification (DRIVER LICENSE)

Proof of ownership or right to possession, such as:
1. Vehicle registration
2. Certificate of title
3. Rental or lease agreement
4. Notarized authorization from the registered owner
Full payment of all applicable towing and storage charges.
Vehicles are released in accordance with Florida Statute 715.07 and Hillsborough County regulations.
